For the third consecutive year, Tapora is sponsoring the youth organization of Limhamn Hockey (LHC). LHC is an ice hockey organization in Sweden that recognizes that youth development occurs differently and individually. Hence, LHC strives to ensure that all of the organization’s youths continue to play hockey as long as possible and learn to work together to achieve goals. One key and essential aspect of this is to have a framework for training and developing the youth players physically, their playing and handling skills, and their understanding of the game. This approach sounds like a modern approach to airline pilot training or any other training of sharp-end practitioners and explains why Tapora continues to sponsor the organization.
