Learning from incidents in times of lockdown

“New challenges create demands for new ways of working”

A statement like this is probably core vocabulary in any community or workplace that has undergone some form of change management. However, the exciting part here is putting that statement in a specific context. The recent social lockdown has been rather extreme. The lockdown has called for a re-evaluation of most of the taken-for-granted approaches, for example, engaging with a client who needs to investigate an incident.
